5. Port Land
Visit this beautiful, laid back beach town called "Port Antonio" in the Portland parish. While you're there, you should check out the Blue Lagoon which is just seven miles east of Port Antonio. Beat the diving record there if you can without an oxygen tank. This is one of the most beautiful spots in Jamaica.
The ‘Blue Hole’ is 52m deep, opens to the sea through a narrow funnel, but it is fed by freshwater springs that come from 40m deep. The color of this lagoon changes through every shade of jade and emerald during the day.

6. Bob Marley
Experience it all while you're in Jamaica. Be it Reggae music or Bob Marley. Visit Bob's Marley birth place in Nine Mile, St. Ann to learn about Bob Marley's way of life. You will enjoy the tour guide called "Captain Crazy."
Your Bob Marley experience in Jamaica will only be complete if you visit his museum in Kingston, Jamaica. You will see his old house, the instruments he used, his old land rover and learn how he got involved in music and many more interesting facts.

7. Rocklands Bird Feeding Station
Lisa Salmon on the tiny stone patio of her Rocklands Bird Feeding Station, you can hand-feed saffron finches, orangequits, and scores of other birds that fly in each afternoon. The stars of the show are the "doctorbirds," Jamaica's own streamertail hummingbirds, which streak in and alight on your finger.

8. Doctor's Cave Beach
Montego Bay's original claim to resort fame was the fabulous Doctor's Cave Beach, which attracted celebrities and tourists from all over the world. This beach is said to be fed by mineral springs and it certainly rejoices in the most uncommonly clear and sparkling water.

9. The Cockpit Country
The wild Cockpit Country proved a perfect redoubt for Maroons who were on the run from the British in the late 17th century. The limestone of this rugged 500-square-mile region has been eroded into a surreal landscape of precipitous ravines and hummocks smothered by a dense blanket of bush. Today a handful of trails halfheartedly crisscross this sparsely populated region. That's fine for hardy hikers; others can take to the air on Jetranger whirlybirds that zip down to hover like bees over the misty valleys.

10. Sip some local rum.
Nutty, creamy, soft, but not sweet; Appleton is a Jamaican rum that’s been around for nearly 300 years. The Appleton VX is delicious.  If you’re looking for more of a dessert beverage, try a Rum Cream on the rocks, which is like Bailey’s but slightly boozier and hence better in coffee.

11. Go horse swimming or dogsledding
You can visit and enjoy dogsledding at Chukka Caribbean Adventures or go on a horseback swim where the horses head out into the ocean with you still on their backs. Yes do that. It is a very rare experience and undoubtebly spine thriller ride.

12. Lover’s Leap of the South coast
The Lover’s Leap Jamaica tour offers visitors a seemingly never-ending scintillating view of the horizon as they dine in fine style, 1000 feet above sea level. Lover’s Leap got its name from a sad story of two lovers who tragically ended their lives by jumping off the steep cliff.

13. Rick’s Cafe
Rick’s Cafe is located at the end of Negril’s seven mile white sand beach and it is the best thing to do in Negril. Enjoy an evening of fine dining, an awesome and incomparable sunset and some of the most daring cliff diving you will ever see. You can even dare the dive yourself.

14. Stylish Sands
Sit on a swing or laze in a hammock and sip a chilled Red Stripe beer at the weathered bamboo-and-driftwood bar. The chefs cook up veggie pizzas, home-style burgers and fries, lobster, and divine key lime pie, as well as that Jamaican staple - jerk chicken. Time 'n' Place, three miles east of Falmouth, is a ramshackle beach hangout whose funky charm attracts fashion photographers.

15. Dunn's River Falls
Two miles west of Ocho Rios, at Dunn's River Falls, the 600-foot cascades tumble from one jade-colored pool to another, spilling down to a sparkling beach. Hire a guide and start your hike at the bottom. You will find steeling yourself for the hustlers in the well-stocked crafts market at the top. The falls are one of the island's best-known attractions, but don't let that stop you. Just pick a day when the cruise ships aren't in town.

16. YS Falls
The YS Falls is a magnificent 7 tiered cascading waterfall, an expansive wading pool fed by underground springs, exciting canopy rides which carry you down the alley high above the falls. River tube rides and spectacular views, adventure waits for you in the jungle. YS Falls is a nature-based attraction offering the opportunity to experience the beauty of the waterfalls surrounded by lush gardens and magnificent trees.

17. The Wet Windward
Jamaica's wet windward corner is home to a lush Shangri-la - the Rio Grande Valley - that scores the northern flanks of the Blue Mountains. When the showers stop, don your sneakers and head to Berrydale, eight miles south of Port Antonio. A raftsman will pole you across the river to a trailhead, where guides lead the way to exquisite fern-curtained Scatter Falls. Giant swallowtail butterflies flit through the mists. Then have a steep hike to Foxes Caves, which are full of harmless fruit bats and suggestive dripstone formations.

18. The Raunchy Roof Club
The dance style on Roof Club is ultrasalacious, the air heady with illicit aromas, the decor a whirl of Day-glo walls shining under black lights. The bar offers cocktails you've never heard of. Arrive prepared - Dress down, leave your jewelry behind, bring a partner, visit on a weekend.

19. Delightful Golf
The 72 par 18 hole golf course at Montego Bay  is world-famous. The Tryall Golf Club lies on a beautiful 2,200 acre estate with sweeping vistas down to the incredibly blue Caribbean sea. Montego Bay is possibly the most attractive destination for golfers, with four legendary courses each within a half hours' drive of each other.

20. Rose Hall
The Rose Hall  is the most celebrated Great House in Jamaica. It was once the home of the notoriously wicked Annie Palmer, the White Witch of Rose Hall, who murdered three husbands and terrorized her slaves. Charming Jamaican hostesses will chill your blood with tales of the evil Annie. U.S. entrepreneurs, John and Michele Rollins, restored it to its original glory, complete with furnishings from the same time period. A refreshing walk in the beautiful gardens will restore your equilibrium — or should you need stronger sustenance you can find it in Annie's Pub in the dungeon of the Great House.

21. Firefly Cottage
For 17 years, Noel Coward, English playwright, songwriter, and West End wit, made Jamaica his home-away-from-home. Firefly, his cottage located 18 miles east of Ocho Rios, offers jaw-dropping panoramas of both the scalloped coast and the Blue Mountains. The house is furnished as it was when Coward died, and such personal items as Hawaiian shirts and silk pj's are displayed in situ.
Coward himself still resides on the grounds - beneath a marble slab on the breeze-swept lawns, where parties are held monthly during the full moon.
